The Senior eDiscovery Project Manager must communicate expectations, establish project schedules, and participate in project tasks, maintaining an understanding of e-discovery and market competitors.
As a CGS Paralegal, you will work under the direction of a Supervisory Paralegal or Project Supervisor. You will provide litigation and administrative support to a group of United States Attorneys. You'll collect court ordered restitutions and fines, draft legal documents, and help with trial preparation. The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsible for the delivery of lab data processing services and ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications, providing detailed notice of deficiencies to the case attorney. Manages a team of eDiscovery professionals, scheduling, assessing requirements, assigning work, ensuring deadlines are met, creating progress reports, and performing Quality Control of deliverables.
